“CRAZY” is the third track released by Jessie Reyez this year on November 15th, 2019. It follows her smash hit remix of “Imported” with 6LACK and “FAR AWAY.” The song is set to feature on her highly anticipated debut album, slated for release in 2020. Reyez confirmed this during an explanation of the song’s music video and how the video for “CRAZY” is a prequel to another song off the album’s music video that has yet to be released. The song is a cover of Patsy Cline’s “Crazy.” The track was announced on November 13th, 2019 with a snippet of the song’s instrumentals on Reyez’s social medias. Many fans noticed a striking similarity to Reyez’s breakout song “Figures.” Reyez had also tweeted a few tweets earlier in the day that all featured the word “crazy,” alluding to the track’s title.
