“Better Half of Me” is a song by the Scottish singer-songwriter Tom Walker, released as a preview of the deluxe edition of his 2019 debut album, What a Time to Be Alive. Throughout the song, Tom celebrates his relationship with his significant other, who has eventually become a hugely important part of him, as she supports him in everything he does, apart from the physical distance between each other while the artist is working and touring. Thomas Walker (born 17 December 1991) is a British singer-songwriter. He was trained at the stage school London College of Creative Media, and was given a contract soon after. He rose to fame after the release of his single "Leave a Light On", which peaked at number 7 on the UK Singles Chart in June 2018.
